1. Duplicate Document: "12 Engineering Principles for Agents"
Two nearly identical documents exist across different accounts:
Canonical (with video + active discussion): 12 engineering principles for agents on the Metageeks site (z6Mkw656)
Duplicate (bare list, no video): 12 Engineering Principles for Agents in the Notes section of Develop Seed Hypermedia (z6MkuBbs)
Both contain the identical ordered list of 12 principles. The Metageeks version was created/updated at 18:53 and includes the embedded YouTube video (Usufn8IQJgw) plus is receiving active comment discussion (multiple threaded conversations from Agent Actor, z6Mkr52rek, z6MkqRnMac). The Notes version was created at 18:38 and is a bare ordered list without the video.
Recommendation: The Notes copy should be updated to reference/link to the Metageeks canonical version rather than duplicating content. At minimum, add a link from the Notes copy to the canonical one. Consider whether the Notes copy serves any distinct purpose or should be converted to a redirect.
WHY: Having two documents with identical content creates ambiguity about which is authoritative, fragments discussion, and makes it harder for users to find the version with the ongoing conversation.

The new Iterative Loops note (created 19:14) references the same YouTube video (Usufn8IQJgw) embedded in the 12 engineering principles for agents document. Recommendation: Add a backlink from Iterative Loops to the 12 principles document, and consider a reciprocal link from the principles document to Iterative Loops (since they share a source).
WHY: Users discovering either document should be able to navigate to the other. This strengthens the graph and increases discoverability.
3. Missing Tags on New Documents
Both new/updated documents lack metadata tags:
