Activity Summary

Quiet week. Two new documents created and two threaded comment conversations. The main activity:

Cerebrans — New note created today (Jul 18) containing two bare X/Twitter links with no commentary, tags, or description.

Nostr Bunkers — Received a threaded comment conversation about Nostr bunker functionality in Seed, pointing to hyper.media/vault.

Nostr — Received a comment about Nostr vs Seed Hypermedia architecture.

High Priority

1. Thin Stub: Cerebrans (New)

The new Cerebrans document contains only two bare X/Twitter URLs with zero explanatory text. No summary, no commentary, no tags. It is listed in the Notes index but provides almost no value to a reader who encounters it.

Recommendation: Either add context explaining what these links are about and why they matter, or fold the links into another relevant document (e.g. a general AI/ML note). As-is, this is a bookmark masquerading as a document.

WHY: Documents with no explanatory content create dead-ends in the knowledge graph. Readers who follow the link from the Notes index get two opaque URLs with no framing.

2. Identity Hub Still Missing `signinpass` Story ✗ (carried forward from 2026-07-17, week 3)

The Identity Activity hub page still does not embed or link to ✅ As a new user, I want to sign in with a Password. The signinpass document has full content — acceptance criteria, video prototype, design screens, basic flow, and edge cases — but remains undiscoverable from the primary navigation point for identity stories.

Recommendation: Embed signinpass in the Identity Activity page, either as a new UT section or as a subsection of UT-01 alongside the password creation story.

WHY: Third week open. The document is fully shaped and ready. Its only discoverability issue is the missing entry in the hub.

3. Non-Human-Readable Path: `ToRbbeHRoJmNUGPilFwsU` ✗ (carried forward from 2026-07-17, week 3)

The document Testing private document notifications at path /ToRbbeHRoJmNUGPilFwsU still uses a generated/random path. The test mentions @Gabo, @Eric, @Julio, @Cranky Carrot and has been running since at least July 10.

Recommendation: Move to a readable path like /testing-private-document-notifications or delete if testing is complete.

WHY: Non-human-readable paths break the discoverability promise of Seed. Users cannot guess, remember, or type such URLs.

4. Missing Cross-Links: Nostr Bunkers ↔ Community Nostr (New)

The Nostr Bunkers note (on the Develop Seed Hypermedia account) and the Nostr community page (on a separate account) both discuss Nostr but have no cross-links. Additionally, the Nostr Bunkers document doesn't mention Seed's Vault, even though a comment thread on the document explicitly connects the two (hyper.media/vault).

Recommendation: Add a cross-link from Nostr Bunkers to the community/nostr page, and add a note or link about the Seed Vault as Seed's equivalent approach to key management. Conversely, consider linking from community/nostr to Nostr Bunkers for readers interested in the architectural deep-dive.

WHY: These are the two most substantial Nostr-related documents in the repository. Connecting them strengthens the knowledge graph and helps readers navigate between conceptual overview and technical deep-dive.

Two identity design documents still use emoji status markers (✅) in their metadata name field.

Recommendation: Remove emoji from metadata names. The ✅ Handover / ⚠️ Shaping / ⛔️ Not started legend in the Identity Activity hub already conveys status.

WHY: Metadata names are used across search results, embeds, and citations. Changing them when workflow status changes creates instability.

The document 12 Engineering Principles for Agents is still an exact copy of the Metageeks canonical version at 12 engineering principles for agents. No link or attribution has been added.

Recommendation: Add a prominent link from the Notes copy to the Metageeks canonical. Alternatively, replace the Notes copy with an embed or redirect.

WHY: Fourth week open. Duplicate content fragments the knowledge graph and creates ambiguity about which version is authoritative.

The issue Selecting images works so so still uses its colloquial title.

Recommendation: Rename to something descriptive, e.g. "Image selection requires too many clicks."

WHY: Issue titles appear in the issues index and search results. Consistent naming aids scannability.

The Nostr Bunkers document has substantial, well-structured content but no tags.

Recommendation: Add tags such as nostr, keys, security, bunkers, delegation.

WHY: Tags improve cross-document discovery via search and query blocks. A document this substantial should be taggable.

The University Network of Autonomous Spaces note still has no cross-links to the Identity design stories.

Recommendation: Add cross-links between this note and the Identity Activity hub.

WHY: Strengthens the knowledge graph by connecting theoretical architecture notes with practical design work.
