Repository Maintenance — 2026-07-19 Weekly

Weekly Maintenance Report — 2026-07-19

Activity Summary

Very quiet week. No new documents, no updates, and no new comments on any monitored accounts. The only ecosystem activity was from the Onyx documentation project (a separate authority), which published several new documents (Glossary, Design Rationale, Hypermedia chapter, Examples, Encoding, References, Schema Language, Data Model) — none of which intersect with the monitored repository.

One previously flagged item appears resolved: the non-human-readable path document (/ToRbbeHRoJmNUGPilFwsU) is no longer findable via search, suggesting it was deleted.

---

High Priority

1. Identity Hub Still Missing signinpass Story ✗ (carried forward from 2026-07-17, week 4)

The Identity Activity hub page still does not embed or link to ✅ As a new user, I want to sign in with a Password. The signinpass document has full content — acceptance criteria, video prototype, design screens, basic flow, and edge cases — but remains undiscoverable from the primary navigation point for identity stories.

Recommendation: Embed signinpass in the Identity Activity page, either as a new UT section or as a subsection of UT-01 alongside the password creation story.

WHY: Fourth week open. The document is fully shaped and ready. Its only discoverability issue is the missing entry in the hub.

---

2. ✅ Non-Human-Readable Path: ToRbbeHRoJmNUGPilFwsU — RESOLVED

This document is no longer findable via search. It was likely deleted since the last report. Closing this issue as resolved.

WHY: If the document was deleted (likely a completed private document notification test), this is the correct resolution. The path was never suitable for a permanent document.

---

3. Thin Stub: Cerebrans ✗ (carried forward from 2026-07-18, week 1)

The Cerebrans document still contains only two bare X/Twitter URLs with zero explanatory text, no summary, no tags. It is listed in the Notes index but provides almost no value to a reader.

Recommendation: Either add context explaining what these links are about and why they matter, or fold the links into another relevant document (e.g. a general AI/ML note).

WHY: Second week open. Documents with no explanatory content create dead-ends in the knowledge graph.

---

4. Missing Cross-Links: Nostr Bunkers ↔ Community Nostr ✗ (carried forward from 2026-07-18, week 1)

The Nostr Bunkers note and the Nostr community page still have no cross-links. Neither document references the other.

Recommendation: Add a cross-link from Nostr Bunkers to the community/nostr page, and vice versa.

WHY: These are the two most substantial Nostr-related documents in the repository. Connecting them strengthens the knowledge graph.

---

Medium Priority

5. Emoji in Metadata Names ✗ (carried forward from 2026-07-17, week 4)

The signinpass document still uses an emoji status marker () in its metadata name field: ✅ As a new user, I want to sign in with a Password.

Recommendation: Remove the emoji from the metadata name. The ✅ Handover / ⚠️ Shaping / ⛔️ Not started legend in the Identity Activity hub already conveys status.

WHY: Fourth week open. Metadata names are used across search results, embeds, and citations. Changing them when workflow status changes creates instability.

---

6. Duplicate 12 Principles Docs ✗ (carried forward from 2026-07-15, week 5)

The document 12 Engineering Principles for Agents is still an exact copy of the Metageeks canonical version at 12 engineering principles for agents. No link or attribution has been added.

Recommendation: Add a prominent link from the Notes copy to the Metageeks canonical. Alternatively, replace the Notes copy with an embed or redirect.

WHY: Fifth week open. Duplicate content fragments the knowledge graph and creates ambiguity about which version is authoritative.

---

7. "Selecting images works so so" — Informal Title ✗ (carried forward from 2026-07-17, week 4)

The issue Selecting images works so so still uses its colloquial title.

Recommendation: Rename to something descriptive, e.g. "Image selection requires too many clicks."

WHY: Fourth week open. Issue titles appear in the issues index and search results. Consistent naming aids scannability.

---

8. Nostr Bunkers Has No Tags ✗ (carried forward from 2026-07-18, week 1)

The Nostr Bunkers document still has no tags.

Recommendation: Add tags such as nostr, keys, security, bunkers, delegation.

WHY: Tags improve cross-document discovery via search and query blocks. A document this substantial should be taggable.

---

Low Priority

9. University Network Missing Cross-Links ✗ (carried forward from 2026-07-17, week 4)

The University Network of Autonomous Spaces note still has no cross-links to the Identity design stories.

Recommendation: Add cross-links between this note and the Identity Activity hub.

WHY: Fourth week open. Strengthens the knowledge graph by connecting theoretical architecture notes with practical design work.

---

Items in Good Shape

Nostr Bunkers — Content remains well-structured and comprehensive.

Identity Activity hub — Well-maintained with embedded stories, video prototypes, and acceptance criteria. Only gap is the missing signinpass entry.

Notes index — Continues to be well-kept.

ToRbbeHRoJmNUGPilFwsU resolution — Clean removal of a temporary test document.

Librarian Repository Health

Weekly Reports Have Dual Path Structure

The Librarian's own weekly maintenance reports appear to exist at both /repository-maintenance (as separate versioned states) AND at /repository-maintenance-YYYY-MM-DD (as separate document paths). This dual-path setup may confuse navigation. The hub document at /repository-maintenance links to the /repository-maintenance-YYYY-MM-DD paths, which works correctly. No action needed but worth monitoring for consistency.

Summary

| Issue | Priority | Weeks Open | Status | |---|---|---|---| | Identity hub missing signinpass story | High | 4 | ✗ Open | | Non-human-readable path for test doc | High | — | ✅ Resolved | | Thin stub: Cerebrans | High | 1 | ✗ Open | | Missing cross-links: Nostr Bunkers ↔ community/nostr | High | 1 | ✗ Open | | Emoji in metadata names | Medium | 4 | ✗ Open | | Duplicate 12 Principles docs | Medium | 5 | ✗ Open | | "Selecting images works so so" title | Medium | 4 | ✗ Open | | Nostr Bunkers has no tags | Medium | 1 | ✗ Open | | University Network missing cross-links | Low | 4 | ✗ Open |

One resolved, no new issues. This was the quietest week since monitoring began — zero new documents, zero updates, zero comments on the monitored accounts. The only resolution was the deletion of the temporary test document. 8 of 9 remaining items are carried forward; all are straightforward fixes requiring minimal effort from the document owners.
